This position carries a dual responsibility for both account management and retention of an existing territory facility account base, while additionally selling the depth and scope of HealthDrive’s multi-disciplinary medical and dental contract services to current and new prospective nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
Skills and Specifications:
The Regional Account Manager must have previous experience selling in a healthcare environment or nursing home company. Must have working knowledge of sales and marketing strategies. They must possess confidence, experience and skills to support organizational activities. This individual must have the ability to manage conflict, be a good communicator and an active listener, and possess strong decision-making skills. Must be comfortable commuting throughout New Jersey to visit all customers.

To qualify for this role the individual must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience. Prefer a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a sales or account management/client services role. Nursing Home experience is highly preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license.
Travel:
This is a daily travel, road warrior position!
