Previous HealthCare experience is a huge plus in helping someone get up and running. 


The requisition case load is not huge but it is very challenging due to the nature of the business. 

We've been exceeding our recruitment goals for 2+ years which means

we have the right recipe, we just need more hands on deck as we expand in to new states

and acquire new companies


Our Recruitment team searches the country for Optometrist, Dentist, Podiatrist and Audiologist who provide care to our valued customers and residents within Nursing Home settings - Integrated Mobile Medical care

  • Identify, recruit, screen and recommend talented prospective candidates for employment
  • Use a variety of traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods ( LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to attract candidates
  • Create and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system
  • Serve as a resource for contact for provider, corporate and staff candidates throughout the recruitment process in support/backup to recruiter efforts,
  • Manage provider and corporate new hire on boarding process including the following
  • Ongoing collaboration with Health Drive SME's on potential process improvement
  • Development/Coordination/Assistance with other programs as needed and identified
