Exciting opportunity as HealthDrive is currently seeking a a Regional Account Manager (RAM) to serve the Southern WI territory.
This position carries a dual responsibility for both account management and retention of an existing territory facility account base, while additionally selling the depth and scope of HealthDrive’s multi-disciplinary medical and dental contract services to current and new prospective nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
HealthDrive is the national leader in delivering integrated healthcare, providing on-site dentistry, optometry, podiatry, and audiology to residents in skilled nursing, and assisted living facilities for more than 25 years.
The Regional Account Manager must have previous experience selling in a healthcare environment or nursing home company. Must have working knowledge of sales and marketing strategies. S/he must possess confidence, experience and skills to support organizational activities. This individual must have the ability to manage conflict, be a good communicator and an active listener, and possess strong decision-making skills. Must have the ability to manage a significant client base in a defined territory. Must be comfortable with driving distances between facility/sales calls.
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Ability to use office equipment such as computer, phone, fax and copier.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally for duties related to office work
To qualify for this role the individual must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience. Prefer a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or account management/client services role. Must have a valid driver’s license.
