HealthDrive is a Practice Management Company that connects long term care residents with vital health care. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing the day-to-day Human Resources function as it relates to leaves administration; employee and provider on- and off-boarding; staff recruiting; compliance; and employee-related communications. Additionally, the Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the day to day administration of benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, the Company 401(k), short-term disability and FSA plans, and Workers’ Compensation and Unemployment. **Must be willing to travel to both our Wellesley/Framingham offices and our West Springfield office**
Other duties and tasks may be assigned as appropriate or necessary.
This individual must have the following:
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
-Working knowledge of multi-state employment laws, including FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, COBRA, and Unemployment.
-Computer skills including Windows; MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and web-based payroll and benefits programs. ADP experience is a plus.
- Experience in the administration of benefits including medical, dental, 401k, FSA, STD, and COBRA preferred.
To qualify for this role the individual must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of direct or related experience. PHR Preferred.
