    HealthDrive currently has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiting/Onboarding Coordinator, to work Full-Time at our corporate headquarters in the Natick, MA area. 

     

    The Recruitment Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team and is integral in creating an exceptional experience for every candidate.  The person in this role will work in partnership with other recruitment team members, the Executive Management Team, Hiring Managers and other subject matter experts to onboard, credential, foster relationships, and provide administrative support.

     

    HealthDrive delivers on-site dentistry, optometry, podiatry, audiology, and behavioral health services to residents in long-term care, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.     Responsibilities

    • Manage provider and corporate new hire onboarding process
    • Ensure all required documents are received prior to provider start date
    • Communicate with appropriate team mates on potential delays in start date due to documentation issues
    • Troubleshoot potential issues with license and credentialing
    • Coordination of orientation and training schedule
      • Scheduling of conference rooms
      • Coordination of travel and hotel
    • Serve as a resource and contact for provider, corporate and staff candidates throughout the recruitment process in support/backup to recruiter efforts
    • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and Sr. Leadership on potential process improvements
    • Development/Coordination/Assistance with other programs as needed and identified

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Ability to use email, the internet and to learn other recruiting/onboarding related software
